Minecraft username — used to identify you in-game, deliver purchases, and display in-game and community statistics (such as top buyers or leaderboards).

Payment information — payments are handled entirely by Tebex. We never receive or store your full card number, CVV, or bank details. We only receive transaction metadata (amount, package purchased, and the username it was assigned to) needed to fulfill your order.

Technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically for security and performance monitoring.

Support communications — information you submit through support tickets, bug reports, or Discord, including your username and message contents.

We retain transaction and username records for as long as necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Support ticket data is retained only as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterward for quality purposes.
