Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made on the Snakes SMP store. All purchases are voluntary and made with the understanding that virtual goods are delivered digitally and typically instantly.

1. General Policy

Because purchased ranks, crates, coins, and cosmetics are delivered automatically and instantly to your Minecraft account, all sales are generally considered final. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

2. When a Refund May Be Considered

  • The purchase failed to deliver and support was unable to fix it manually
  • You were accidentally charged more than once for the same package
  • A package was purchased in error and no part of it has been used or delivered
  • The item was significantly not as described on the store page

3. When a Refund Will Be Denied

  • The item has already been delivered, used, or consumed in-game
  • You changed your mind after a successful purchase
  • Your account was banned or muted for violating server rules after purchase
  • More than 14 days have passed since the transaction date
  • The request relates to a subscription renewal you did not cancel in advance

4. How to Request a Refund

Open a support ticket within 14 days of your purchase and include your Minecraft username, the transaction ID or receipt from Tebex, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond to refund requests within 2–3 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact support before opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the server and store, and forfeiture of any items associated with the disputed transaction.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Tebex and may take several business days to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer. Any in-game items or ranks associated with a refunded purchase will be removed from your account.
