Terms of Service

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use our services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only make purchases with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Your Minecraft username is used to identify you for purchases and in-game delivery. You are responsible for the security of your Minecraft account and any activity that occurs under your username.

Cheating, exploiting bugs, harassment, hate speech, griefing outside of designated areas, and other behavior that violates our server rules (available in-game and on Discord) may result in a mute, kick, temporary ban, or permanent ban at staff discretion — with or without prior notice.

All payments are processed by Tebex, an independent third-party payment platform. We do not store or process your payment card details directly.

Ranks, cosmetics, crates, coins, and other virtual items purchased through the store grant a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use that content on Snakes SMP only. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be resold or transferred between accounts.

Purchases are ordinarily delivered automatically within a few minutes of a successful payment. If an item fails to deliver, contact support with your transaction ID before disputing the charge with your bank.

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting support may result in an immediate and permanent ban from the server and store.

Snakes SMP is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and the server may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any loss of in-game progress, items, or virtual currency resulting from downtime, resets, wipes, or software bugs, though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned changes in advance via Discord.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the server or store at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or our community rules. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prior purchases except as described in our Refund Policy.

Snakes SMP is an independent community server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the server, website, or store.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the server or store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
